Instruction to Set Signature for Gmail
Follow below steps to copy and paste the signature
- Make sure to click the Copy Signature button in the signature template. If no confirmation is received then contact the agent
- Do not use Copy anything else till the signature is pasted
- Open gmail on browser and login to your account
- Go to Gmail Settings -> General Tab
- Scroll down to Signature section
- Click Create new button in the signature section
- Set name for the signature. eg: Your company name
- In the right hand there is a large box to set your signature, Paste the signature here
